Do You Take My PC Away?

No, The PC-Medic will always try and keep your PC on-site. There are times when PCs or Laptops will benifit more when they are worked on from our own static free environments, but we will let you know as soon as possible!

Im Not Sure What I Need... Will You Help Me?

Of Course! We want to provide the best for our customers, and we will gladly help via E-mail, over the phone or face to face in a consultancy.

Can You Teach Me to Use / Build a Computer?

Yep! We offer tuition in all aspects of computing.

Data Recovery Is Expensive, How Much Do You Charge?

Data recovery is normally expensive, but we typically offer a data recovery service for £40 for 1GB and then £15 per GB thereafter. This is extremely competitive.

What Happens If Data is Lost?

We do try our best to make sure no data is lost when working on a machine and we always ask before uninstalling a program but unfortunately some files can go missing (its rare though). The PC-Medic cannot be held responsible for any data loss.

How Much Do You Charge?

Charges can varey from job to job, please ring or email for an estimate.

What Will I Pay If You Dont Fix Anyhting?

If we cannot fix the problem due to lack of technical knowledge we will not charge anything. If we accurately diagnose a problem but software or hardware is needed (but not wanted) we will charge a call out fee.

How Can I Pay You?

Cash is preferred, but we also accept Cheque or PayPal (with a 10% fee on the Invoice amount, except for Web Hosting renewals).
